Love the Riparian Preserve & this Fall weather!

I am grateful for the chance to take some photos for this great family! Their oldest son is headed on a mission to New Zealand today, so just over a week ago, we captured the family all together. The sun was perfect by the later part of our session and we found a nice location with saguaro cacti up on a little hill.

Great Family at Red Mtn Park

My highschool friend and his family came for a family session since I had some cancellations during my back-to-school event. It was so fun to be with this family and their energetic kids. The weather was great, clouds and sunset beautiful, even a flightless butterfly volunteered as a lovely prop! I think their photos turned out great! 

New School Year Photos - Great kids!

This was my first ever mini-session, where I booked in advance several families to come to a nearby park for quick photo sessions for low prices ($7/person). I know that many people do not love school portraits as well as the high costs associated with the typical companies, so I thought this would be a nice alternative. 

It was a great event, even with 3 out of 5 families canceling their sessions last minute. I am so pleased with the images we created! Here are some of my favorites.
